Since arriving in Chicago in August of 2024 I have been creating art work every single day. I began to focus more on the technique and practice of painting, and find a theme and through line that connects all my work and ideas. Being at the Art Institute of Chicago has helped me find a path forward with my work while being surrounded by like minded people who want to create art and think outside the box.
